Happy Birthday Aunt Jenny

Lat weekend we had a surprise for my sister, we started at Que Sera, and then had dinner at the auditorium and then headed to Hal and Mal's to listen to a band and then went to F.Jones Corner for late night blues, we had so much fun, I have not stayed out that late since college, good thing Jenny only has a birthday once a year, I am too old to be staying out so late! Happy Birthday Jenn!

Today we took the girls to the park to enjoy the fabulous weather we had today! They had fun, well at least Reese did, Stella is still too small to enjoy the park but she did get to swing with mama! We are ready for warm weather and longer days!!!

We FINALLY had Reese's birthday party this past weekend! She turned 2 back in December, but due to Christmas, my tonsils, schedule conflicts, I just could not find a weekend that would work until February, so we had it and it was fun! Keep in mind that we did have 5 inches of snow the day before, but by Saturday it had mostly melted but was very very cold! We had a smaller inflatable jump machine that we put on the porch and a bunch of yummy food and we just did the best we could with the weather we had! Reese had fun and ate lots of sugar...she did not want to sleep later that day! Happy Birthday my big girl!

I took these pictures of Reese the other day and after I stared looking at them, I realized how big she has gotten, she no longer looks like a baby but like a big girl. It makes me so sad, I can not believe that she already 2, time has gown by so fast! Both my girls are getting too big too fast.

Snotcicles is what we will have around our house in a few days..Reese played in the snow and LOVED it..I had to bundle her up and unfortunately I did not have access to a snow suit, so we improvised and I think she was warm, but her nose sure was runny...I guess a cold is in her future! I sure hope this snow is gone before her birthday party in the morning!

AM I NUTS???

I am supposed to be having a birthday party in the morning for a bunch of young kids.....poor Reese is going to have a chilly party!!!!
