Baby Stella arrived on July 4th at 1:46 in the afternoon! She weighed 7 lbs and 4 oz and was 19 3/4's long. She has jet black hair just like big sister Reese did, I am sure it will turn white like Reese's did! I had the easiest labor, much better than the first time. Reese is adjusting ok, she was more interested in the band-aids on my arm from the drips than the baby, she kept saying "oh boo boo's" I think that she will get more involved as Stella gets bigger!I will post more pictures as I get them downloaded!

What are your 4th of July Plans?

I know what Blaine and I are going to be doing on the 4th, we will be having a baby!! Due to preeclampsia little STELLA will be making her grand intrance 3 weeks early. My blood pressure has been really high this week and the doctor felt like the safest thing to do was to deliver the baby. My kids love to be born on holidays, Reese was 2 days after Christmas, and now Stella is on the 4th of July, should make for some fun birthday parties! We are really excited but totally unprepared, so anybody who wants to drop off a pack of newborn pampers, feel free!! Reese still has no idea what she is in store for, I asked her today what was in mommy tummy, she said ketchup..how funny, her little brain can come up with some funny stuff. keep baby Stella and all of us in your prayers for us, and please have a cold beer for me and Blaine this 4th!

Best Wife Ever!

I am officially the best wife ever according to my husband! Blaine flew out today to Omaha, Nebraska to go to the college world series! He said that he is having so much fun, good luck to the Eagles tonight!! (sorry the photo is so blurry, its from my blackberry)

We took Reese swimming this afternoon after school and she had so much fun! Aunt Jenny is in town and she went with us and she got quite the workout chasing after a very busy 18 month old! I think Reese drank half of the pool water, that should make for some interesting pampers later! She was worn out by the time we got home, I have found a way to burn off extra energy and makes night night time much easier!

Whats in mommys tummy?

This morning before I took Reese to school, I asked her what was in mommy's tummy...she looked at me and smiled real big and said "JUICE" how funny is that, I must have drank alot of juice to get this big! She is so funny and totally has no idea what it means to have a baby in your stomach, she will point to my stomach and say baby and then she will point to Blaine's stomach and say baby too..Blaine really does not think it is so much funny!

Almost a Big Sister!

I realized in my last post I did not post any pictures of Reese, only myself and I am sure that most of the people that read this blog would way rather see her than my preggo self! Here is sister in the process of eating supper, I think she had more on her face than in her tummy! We were waiting on Daddy to come home, he was out of town and I e-mailed this picture to his phone to make sure that he was missing us! I think it worked!

P.S.- way to go to our Southern Miss Eagles, they will be playing in the college world series! we thought daddy was going to wet his pants while watching the game that determined if they would go, he might have to share Reese's pampers if he goes to the actual game!

No, I am not having twins!

I have been a bad bad blogger, I honestly do not have the energy to blog at the end of the day! Blaine and I went to Destin for a "babymoon" before baby #2 gets here, my parents and Blaine's parents kept Reese and I am pretty certain that was the last vacation that we will take without kids, we missed Reese soo much, I could not wait to get home! Of course I have no real recent pictures to post, I am too tired to even use my camera! here is my very humongous pregnant self! Blaine took these in our condo in Florida, I can not claim those pretty pretty curtains in the background:) just kidding

P.S.- My newest pet peeve: A lady in a clothing store in Florida asked me when my baby was due, I told her next month and she proceeded to say "oh wow, you look like you could give birth at any moment, you are really about to pop" These are not nice comments to make to a hot, EMOTIONAL, hormonal, itchy, HUNGRY, huge pregnant woman. I know that my stomach is big, I do not need someone pointing it out for me! The lesson to this story is: if you ever do ask a pregnant woman when her baby is due, act surprised and tell her that she is so petite to be so far along!!!
